We are currently seeking an enthusiastic customer focused Administration Officer to join our clients team located in Port Elizabeth.

Duties include:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Liaising with drivers – collecting run-sheets and collating paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Generate pallet dockets
  • Check and reconcile outbound paperwork
  • General duties as required

To be successful for this role:

  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Experience in a similar role preferably within Logistics/ Transport industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills – proficient in using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load

R 15,000 per month.
