Our client is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist.

About the role

Previous Veterinary or Receptionist experience preferred.
A busy, varied & unique role utilising your customer service skills.
You will be the key interface between clients & vets.
We are looking for a candidate that will take pride in their role and enjoy making the practice run smoothly for all by utilising their multi-tasking skills whilst remaining calm in fast-paced environment.

Skills and experience:

Excellent customer service & phone manner, attention to detail & task completion are paramount.
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment whilst working autonomously.

An understanding that to deliver a great customer service there’s certain things that need to happen administratively behind the scenes and a love of taking ownership of that for the team.

Must love pets!
