We currently require the assistance of both full-time and part-time Showroom Receptionists. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, confident, and well-presented with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to operate our front desk.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes:
Highly developed skills at managing a switchboard.
Positive and welcoming phone manner.
Personable and professional character with welcoming nature.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanour when under pressure.
Good ability to display initiative and be proactive.
High attention to detail.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
Managing and directing incoming calls and emails.
Meeting, greeting and assisting customers.
Providing support to our Sales teams and Management.
Salary will be discussed.
