Reporting to the Area Services Manager, our client is looking for a Services Clerk – Ticket Sales.

About the role

Manage the day to day operations and customer service.
Sell tickets and provide up to date information to customers regarding services and changes to services as required.
Work collaboratively within the team and wider functions.
Ensure safety of colleagues and customers at all times.

About you

Previous customer service experience, operational skills would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Strong focus on safety culture.

Must be available for shifts which may fall over weekends and public holidays.
