An opportunity is now available for a keen & dedicated Sales Team Administrator seeking a busy, diverse role in a fun, friendly & supportive working environment.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operation of day to day sales administration support activities and assisting our client’s team to deliver remarkable service to their clients!

Your duties will include:

Providing admin support to the sales team, screening incoming telephone calls, binding documents, scanning, faxing and emailing, coordinating meeting rooms, client coffees & teas, coordination for in house training sessions.


Must have solid experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
Attention to detail

Display a high level of professionalism
Have completed Grade 12

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

Salary R 12000 plus company benefits.
