Returns Administrator

The successful candidate will ensure devices are returned in a timely manner from customers and retailers. Key features of the role are communication with customers, maintaining a simple and efficient returns process and Excel driven monthly analytics.

Key duties of the role:

  • Work with warehouses to ensure they are removing and returning devices.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure devices are returned as required.
  • Process returned devices and update relevant records.
  • Prepare and send returns packs to collect devices.
  • Report KPIs to the management team.
  • Undertake a periodic reconciliation of devices and returns by customer.


  • Naturally tenacious and efficient with great attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills, proactive, motivated & results driven.
  • Awesome communication skills and understands the importance of customer relationships.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in a similar role.

Salary negotiable.
