An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated individual to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Workshop returns of equipment, the distribution and transport of inventory, assisting on department projects and providing administrative support for the department.

Responsibilities & Duties

Provide administration support by responding to enquiries, answering phones and processing request.
Follow up on jobs with different departments
Assisting with quoting and customer agreements
Assist with department projects
Respond to customer enquiries
Manage all workshop returns for rental, fleet and contract units.
Log jobs
Coordinate with technicians
Complete administration tasks for transport of equipment
