This position will be a full-time position Monday – Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. The head office is based in Cape Town, however you will be able to work from home.
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Customer service
- Data entry across multiple platforms
- Answer phone inquiries
- Monitor and respond to emailed correspondence
- Investigate and resolve queries
- Liaising and supporting team on-site including status of jobs
- General administration duties
- Social media management
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Administration experience
- Display professional customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- The ability to prioritise workload and multitask as required
- The ability to work autonomously
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to learn new programs and work across multiple computer databases
R 12,000 – R 15,000 negotiable.
