Remote Administration Officer

This position will be a full-time position Monday – Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. The head office is based in Cape Town, however you will be able to work from home.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Customer service
Data entry across multiple platforms
Answer phone inquiries
Monitor and respond to emailed correspondence
Investigate and resolve queries
Liaising and supporting team on-site including status of jobs
General administration duties
Social media management

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

Administration experience
Display professional customer service and communication skills
Good attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
Accurate data entry skills
Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
The ability to prioritise workload and multitask as required
The ability to work autonomously
A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
The ability to learn new programs and work across multiple computer databases

R 12,000 – R 15,000 negotiable.
