A very successful Dealership is seeking an registration clerk / receptionist. The main objective of the role is to register new, used and demo vehicles, to answer incoming calls, and attend to our visitors on arrival to the dealership showroom.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous reception experience.
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- excellent time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Registering all new, used and demonstrator vehicles.
- Answering incoming calls, screen and direct calls.
- Greet visitors on arrival to the sales showroom.
- General administration duties.
