Our Real Estate client needs a receptionist to providing customer service and communication between clients, tenants, landlords and sales people.
Sale files preparation for marketing.
Face to face contact with clients and customers.
Keeping reception looking presentable.
Issuing of rental receipts.
Forwarding messages to other staff.
Maintaining stationery supplies.
Typing, Photocopying and Filing.
Other duties as required.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Excellent telephone manners.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate multi-line switchboard.
Salary negotiable on experience.
