Qualifications & experience:
Experience working within an office supervision or management role.
Strong computer skills (intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills, system software skills).
Extremely efficient and well organised.
Ability to work as part of team, but also autonomously when required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Experience with business responsibilities including HR.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Liaise with clients and staff members.
Recruitment, onboarding and induction process of new staff.
Assist Managing Director.
Monitor and report Internal KPI figures.
Handling of all compliance documentation.
R 25,000 per month negotiable plus benefits.
