Office Coordinator

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities within the business.

Your duties will include:

  • Coordinate meetings.
  • Email, diary, and travel management.
  • Responding and helping staff with their requests.
  • Handling, drafting, and responding to correspondence directly on behalf of the GM.
  • Creating, formatting, and maintaining documentation.
  • Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience as either a PA or an Office Coordinator.
  • Manages time and conflicting priorities well.
  • Resilience to proactively support the GM’s deadlines.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions.
  • Experience in preparing, drafting and proofing documentation.
  • A high degree of proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Strong organisational skills to complete deadlines.
  • Meeting management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
