Office Coordinator
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities within the business.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinate meetings.
- Email, diary, and travel management.
- Responding and helping staff with their requests.
- Handling, drafting, and responding to correspondence directly on behalf of the GM.
- Creating, formatting, and maintaining documentation.
- Reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience as either a PA or an Office Coordinator.
- Manages time and conflicting priorities well.
- Resilience to proactively support the GM’s deadlines.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions.
- Experience in preparing, drafting and proofing documentation.
- A high degree of proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Strong organisational skills to complete deadlines.
- Meeting management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
