Office Administrator/ Receptionist
The Office Administrator/Receptionist will provide comprehensive and varied administrative and office support.
Key duties will include assisting in the day to day running of a busy office, providing administrative support and reception support as well as supporting the office’s marketing and business development activities.
You will also act as a crucial point of contact for our external clients, internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration, room booking, organising meetings, reception cover and prioritising incoming telephone calls and correspondence.
Required skills:
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise competing demands.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
R 10,000 per month.
