A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious Maintenance Handyman for a resort in Margate. As a highly motivated and qualified Handyman you will require strong technical knowledge of the building industry combined with a high level of attention to detail and computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

Undertake all aspects of maintenance of the property, including proactive and planned maintenance.
Inspect and arrange the inspection, maintenance and repair of tools.
Provide efficient and effective customer service.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience (Minimum 3-4 years).
  • Strong, effective communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

R 15000 per month, negotiable.
