Long standing and well known legal firm has a vacancy for a legal receptionist. You will be required to have:
- initiative;
- a strong work ethic;
- good computer and typing skills;
- excellent attention to detail;
- ability to multi-task;
- an engaging personality with good presentation.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- operation of switchboard;
- greeting of clients;
- setting up rooms for conferences/meetings;
- set up of new files;
- incoming and outgoing mail;
- couriers;
- filing;
- stationery ordering and maintenance;
- archiving;
- administrative support as needed.
Training will be provided for all aspects of this role.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
