We are looking for a Junior Legal Office Administrator to join our clients busy office.

This is a full time position and you will be interacting with a range of people and supporting our clients entire office. This position will suit a person who is reliable, professional with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Primarily, your responsibilities will include:

Reception
Archiving and file management
Scanning, photocopying and document destruction
Banking and Outside rounds including deliveries and collections
General housekeeping duties
Supporting the Conveyancing & Admin Team to assist with work overflow

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
Good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Legal firm, would be an advantage.

Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and the position is available for an immediate start.

Starting basic is R 8000 per month plus benefits.
