Hotel Receptionist

We have an exiting vacancy available for a Receptionist to join our clients team. They are looking for someone that is friendly, who is highly customer focused and has great organisational skills.

Daily tasks include, but may not be limited to:

Assisting with guest and reservation inquiries, both via email and telephone
Providing efficient and friendly guest arrival/departure service
Amending reservations
Handling guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Guest billing and payment processing
Anticipating guest needs and requirements
Daily cashiering  and other general front desk duties
Other park duties and tasks as required


Experience in a similar environment, would be an advantage
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
Energetic, warm, and friendly nature
Well presented and ability to interact with all types of guests
Good flexibility, with the ability to work over a rotating roster, including days, evenings and weekends.

Market related basic salary per month plus benefits.
