Hotel Front Desk Guest Services

We are looking for a vibrant person to be part of our clients reception team. Seeking a guest service superstar who has a passion for customer service. You will be an energetic, bubbly person who enjoys working in a team environment and providing the best service possible.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

– Checking-in and checking-out of guests from the hotel.

– Responding promptly to guest inquiries.

– Inputting and updating reservation profiles.

– Following the shift routine checklist to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

– Passing on any relevant information to the next shift to ensure continuity of service.

– Understanding hotel facilities, including room configuration, parking, and other offerings.

We are looking for a person who has the following personal characteristics and attributes:

– Experience in a similar hotel environment and Front Office Receptionist position.

– Strong accuracy and high attention to detail with all tasks demonstrated.

– Have the ability to go above and beyond to deliver a memorable guest service experience.

– Professional and clear telephone mannerisms.

– Exceptional organizational skills and time management skills, with an ability to follow tasks through to completion.

– Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary is market related plus benefits.
