We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to take on the role of Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as general handyperson duties as required.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, basic plumbing, and electrical fault finding.
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
Regularly check common areas to identify any issues.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

You will need to demonstrate the following:

At least 2-3 years experience in a general trades/maintenance position
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
