This highly successful organisation is continuing to grow and is considered a reputable leader in their field. They currently have a need to employ a proactive, experienced and professional Dispatch Clerk to support a busy and high volume warehouse environment.
The primary focus of this role will be to manage the daily administrative and operations of the warehouse.
Within this role your specific responsibilities will also include, however not be limited to:
Sorting, scanning, booking transport, data entry.
Organising daily distribution schedule- releasing orders, sorting labels.
Printing pick slips and prioritising .
Booking pick ups both online and via phone.
End of day status reports.
Filing and administration.
Any adhoc duties as required.
To be considered for this position, the following skills and experience are essential:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or wholesaling environment.
Very high attention to detail and accuracy.
Efficient, proactive, organised, and methodical.
Ability to liaise at all levels.
Clear communication skills.
Hard working and proactive.
Punctual and reliable.
Intermediate MS Excel skills and experience with an ERP system.
