Customer Services Consultant – Work From Home
This is an amazing opportunity to work in one of South Africa’s highly sought after Contact Centres, right from the comfort of your own home.
As a customer services consultant you will utilise your excellent communication and strong customer focus skills to answer inbound calls from existing customers and assist with a diverse range of queries. You will be multi-skilled in various areas of the business and navigate through a range of programs and tools to provide a great experience for our customers.
You will begin your journey with in an in-depth training program, that will be conducted remotely from the comfort of your own home. (2 weeks full paid training will be provided before commencement). You will be provided with all the support you need, as well as ongoing on-the-job training to ensure you are well-equipped to offer the best Customer Service to their valued Customers.
What you need to succeed:
- Being a customer focused role, you will need at least 12 months of customer service experience in a contact centre or similar role.
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong motivation and the ability to navigate through multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Resilience and agility in an ever changing environment.
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
- Strong time management skills.
- Fluency in English
The salary and comm structure will be discussed in the interview if you are shortlisted but is very competitive.
