We’re looking for someone who loves great food and great wine and most of all gets satisfaction out of giving great customer service. Prior experience in an administration support role in a busy hospitality venue will be advantageous, but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
Availability over weekends is a must as well as:
Excellent people engagement skills and the ability to deliver an amazing customer experience and provide equally amazing support to our clients team as needed.
An excellent phone manner with the ability to provide customers with local knowledge and options for their visit.
A passion for food and wine.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities.
