Corporate Receptionist

Z&A Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Receptionist for a well-known FMCG company.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Be the face of the organization and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Administrative tasks as required
Manage room requests and visitor logistics
Maintain office equipment and communal areas and general upkeep

We are looking for someone with:

Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
Warm and friendly personality
A proactive attitude
Prior experience on a corporate reception desk
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving aptitude
Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook)
