Key responsibilities include:
Overall responsibility for each booking until completion.
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries.
Assist in making reservations for all camps, including enquires received.
Attend to third party relationships and reservations.
Receipting of payments and preparing banking deposits.
Data entry and maintaining office records.
Filing and general office duties.
Resolve administrative problems and enquires.
Work with a remote team to complete all bookings harmoniously
Working with a team approach is a must to achieve the bookings outcomes.
The successful applicant will have:
Administration experience essential.
Excellence in Customer Service and ability to be flexible in delivering outcomes to customers, this will include bookings of camp facilities.
Demonstrated ability to be a team member and contribute to team harmony.
Salary is market related.
