Our national client is looking for confident and experienced appointment setters who are passionate about dealing with various clients over the phone.

This role involves:

  • Phoning existing and new clients.
  • Setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Managing sales member diaries.
  • Entering and updating the client database.
  • Keeping accurate records.
  • Responding to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • General administration duties.

To be successful in this role you would need to have the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
