Our national client is looking for confident and experienced appointment setters who are passionate about dealing with various clients over the phone.
This role involves:
- Phoning existing and new clients.
- Setting appointments for the sales team.
- Managing sales member diaries.
- Entering and updating the client database.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Responding to enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaising with clients.
- General administration duties.
To be successful in this role you would need to have the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
