The Administrative Support Clerk will be responsible for the following:

Supporting staff in the use of various computer applications and systems, to improve efficiency and reduce the time taken on administrative tasks.
To support the Office Manager and staff with the preparation of complex documents.
Supporting the Manger with the preparation and circulation of reports and minutes.
Supporting the Finance Officer with the maintenance of financial records and payment of accounts where needed.

R 12000 per month,
