As a member of their Administration team, the Administration Officer will assist with the Administrative functions of the organisation.
Role requirements may include, but not limited to, the following:
Meeting and Greeting the public as the first point of contact for the business.
Answering and directing calls on a multi-line system.
Scheduling and managing appointments for senior staff.
Preparation of documents, letters and files.
Filing & Archiving.
Ability to maintain appropriate records, actions, and documentation.
Provide support to the Administration and Service Delivery Teams.
The successful applicant will:
Administrative experience.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude and thrive on solving problems.
Demonstrated attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Demonstrated experience working within the parameters of defined policies and procedures.
Strong computer skill with an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
