Administration – Invoicing and Logistics

We are looking for a key team member who can add experience and enthusiasm to our clients team on the role of invoicing and logistics.

The key objective of the invoicing and logistics role is:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and invoices.
  • Process and complete all relevant delivery and pallet transfer paperwork to a high level.
  • Book transport and work within third party booking platforms.
  • Liaise with the warehouse operational team to ensure customer orders are scheduled and delivered on time.

Attention to detail.
Ability to multi task and prioritize.
Accurate data entry skill.
Intermediate level Excel and word skill.
High volume order entry and invoicing experience.
Good personal communication ability including in person, via telephone and email.
Customer focus.
Previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of how to meet customer expectations.
Strong work ethic and collaborative mind set.
An ability to work well within an administration and warehouse team.

Salary negotiable.
