Account Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated person who can work autonomously in the end-to-end administration of client accounts. The successful candidate will have a unique, long term opportunity to grow and learn through the training we provide. This is a remote work from home position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare, follow-up and process all paperwork and documents for new and existing clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Maintain and update relevant systems and databases.
- Use and apply appropriate workflow procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently operate and maintain Outlook calendar and tasks.
- File and archive all documents and correspondence accurately.
Skills/Experience:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Handle incomming calls/email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Must have own home office space with high speed internet access. (Company will pay for Internet)
R 14, 000 per month plus perks.
