Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Minimum of N3 Engineering or equivalent.
  • Drivers license.

We are looking for an Administration Officer to be a part of our clients team in Polokwane. As a member of our Administration team, the Administration Officer will assist with the Administrative functions of the organisation.

Role requirements may include, but not limited to, the following:

Meeting and Greeting the public as the first point of contact.
Answering and directing calls.
Scheduling and managing appointments for senior staff.
Preparation of documents, letters and files.
Filing & Archiving.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering.
Maintaining excel registers.

The successful applicant will:

Office Administrative experience.

Our client has a vacancy for a Front Desk/Receptionist.

This role includes:

  • Managing incoming calls, email queries, post and filing
  • Making visitors feel welcome coming into the office
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the team.
  • Make sure all common areas are tidy and in a cleared clean condition.
  • Stocking up on stationary

This role is for Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5pm.
